The Parkview Community Foundation is located on the west side of Charlotte near Freedom Drive. Many Parkview community children are unsupervised after school, well into the night and at other times when school is not in session. Neglect is common. We are committed to the enrichment of the lives of these children. Parkview offers a structured environment that fosters respect for rules and other people.

Parkview exists to put love into action throughout the whole year; to provide safety, security, and affirmation for children in need of a stable environment.

Parkview exists to “break the cycle of generational dysfunction and poverty” by providing food, shelter, nurture, and educational resources to foster healthy growth in the children served.

Parkview exists so children will have a place to participate in activities that promote critical thinking skills, accountability, focus, and attention.

At Parkview, we understand that small moments make a big difference in the lives of children.
